Roulette

Objective of the game

The objective is to guess what number or color the ball will land on, after the roulette wheel spins. The roulette wheel has 37 numbers (from 0 to 36), and each number is in a colored box: red, black, or green (0 is green).

How to play

1. Place your bets

• The dealer (the person in charge of the table) says, “Bet!”
• Place your chips on the areas of the table where you want to bet

2. Spin the wheel

• The dealer spins the wheel and throws the ball.
• While the ball is spinning, you can place bets until the dealer says, “No more bets!”

3. Result

• The ball stops on a specific number and color.
• The dealer announces the result and pays the winners according to their bets.

Types of bets

1. Inside bets (higher risk, higher prizes)

Straight-up: bets on a specific number (for example, 7).

• Payout: 35 to 1 (if you win, you receive 35 times your bet).

Split: bets on two adjacent numbers (you place the chip between them).

• Payout: 17 to 1.

Street: bets on three numbers in a horizontal line.

• Payout: 11 to 1.

Corner: bets on the corner of four numbers.

• Payout: 8 to 1.

Six Line: bets on six consecutive numbers (two horizontal lines).

• Payout: 5 to 1.

2. Outside bets (less risk, smaller prizes)

Red or Black: bets on the color of the box.

• Payout: 1 to 1 (if you bet 5 chips, you win 5 chips).

Even or Odd: bets on whether the number will be even or odd.

• Payout: 1 to 1.

Low or High numbers: bets between 1–18 (low) or 19–36 (high).

• Payout: 1 to 1.

Dozen: bets on a group of 12 numbers (1–12, 13–24 or 25–36).

• Payout: 2 to 1.

Column: bets on one of the three vertical columns on the board.

• Payout: 2 to 1.
